#25-00003 Position Summary: The Construction Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a variety of commercial and government construction projects. - Estimating and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and managing bid packages
- Scheduling
- Cost control
- Managing RFI
- Subcontractor management
- Obtains pricing for materials
- Client relations
- Procurement
- Bid analysis and quality control
- 5 plus years' commercial estimating experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- Takeoff Experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment
- commercial or industrial project experience preferred
