What You'll Do: As our Unit Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of your unit — guiding your team, advocating for residents, and ensuring top-tier care every step of the way. Your Day-to-Day: Champion quality care and ensure residents thrive Mentor and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) Collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and timely Drive compliance, safety, and infection control protocols What We're Looking For: Licensed RN or LPN in Virginia 2+ years in long-term care/SNF (management experience a big plus!)
