Cape Fear Energy Systems is seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to handle inside sales activities. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or SDR/business development roles and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. The applicant must be highly organized, reliable, friendly, skilled on the phone, and responsible for qualifying incoming leads. Requirements Prior experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or an SDR/business development role strongly preferred Must be highly organized with high attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team Dynamic personality and professional appearance Friendly, warm, energetic phone presence Exceptional customer service attitude and excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Office products (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends An understanding of the residential solar market preferred, but not required Promotion and advancement opportunities possible Valid driver's license and clean driving record Salary: This is an hourly position with additional compensation available through performance-based incentives and meeting sales targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
