Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and familiarity with IDEA regulations
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop creative treatment plans to meet diverse student needs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans in collaboration with special educators and other providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP meetings
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill needs
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and consultations in compliance with school and legal standards
• Provide consultation, training, and support to teachers and staff to facilitate student access to the curriculum
• Communicate ongoing progress and recommendations to families and team members
