Clinical Nurse - PACU

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a 90-bed PACU setting, specializing in neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and contributing to professional development. Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers to involvement. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than two years of experience. Critical care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
