How you’ll make an impact in this role Manage advanced neurological and hemodynamic monitoring systems (e.g., ICP/EVDs). Act as a critical thinker and first responder in high-acuity, rapidly changing patient situations. Collaborate with Trauma Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, and Intensivists to execute complex care plans. Deliver life-sustaining treatments, including mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and advanced surgical recovery. Provide empathetic family advocacy and education during critical, life-altering diagnoses. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
