Overview Our client is a prestigious financial services firm located in Manhattan and they are operating in a hybrid model. Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc. Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required Tech and/or finance experience is strongly preferred 2+ years of full cycle campus recruiting experience Strong sourcing skills strongly preferred Team player with a positive attitude Based on experience, the salary range is between $130k-180k. #J-18808-Ljbffr
