Quick Facts Location: Flagstaff Medical Center, 1200 North Beaver Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Day shift (hospital and possible clinic shifts), 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active AZ license preferred, DEA required, Board Certification as NP or PA in Electrophysiology Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrophysiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $140.79 Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) including health, dental, vision, life insurance Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid malpractice insurance Support from a dedicated 24/7 team committed to your success What You’ll Do Support electrophysiology physicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings Perform follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups Provide hospital coverage and support for EP department activities Manage patient care for adults in clinical and hospital environments Use Cerner EMR to document patient encounters accurately Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and ongoing care management Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery What You Need Required: Active AZ license or ability to obtain one DEA certification At least 1 year of experience working in electrophysiology Board certification or eligibility for NP or PA certification in EP Strong communication and team collaboration skills Preferred: Experience in busy electrophysiology settings Ability to work independently and handle complex cases About the Assignment This role is based in a high-volume electrophysiology department at a leading facility in Flagstaff, AZ, providing a dynamic environment for experienced EP PAs or NPs.
