Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial and retail construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
- Experience managing commercial and retail construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
