Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE

Title: CX Technology Administrator

Responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing the technology platforms that enable exceptional customer experiences. This role serves as the primary administrator for contact center systems, ensuring employees have appropriate system access, applications function efficiently, and business processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. They will partner closely with Consumer Experience, IT, Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, and external vendors to support CRM, telephony, quality assurance, workforce management, reporting, and AI-enabled customer service technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support CRM, telephony, chat, email, SMS, QA, workforce management, and AI-powered customer service platforms.
• Manage user access, permissions, licenses, onboarding, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot application and access issues while serving as the primary support contact for CX technology.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, automations, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct access audits and maintain documentation to support SOX and security standards.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting contact center, customer service, or CX technologies.
• Experience with CRM, telephony, workforce management, QA, ticketing, or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting omnichannel environments including phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of user access management, data privacy, and security controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Gladly, Salesforce, Aptos, SAP, Playvox, QEval, ReverseLogix, or similar platforms.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience supporting contact center operations and customer service environments.

• Understanding of AI-enabled customer service technologies and workflow automation.

• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
