Brookfield Place New York is seeking a paralegal/legal analyst for the Real Estate Group's funds team in New York. You will manage entity database, handle legal documents, assist with formations, and prepare tax forms while supporting the global fund operations. You will work closely with the legal team, coordinate with service providers, and support governance, KYC requests, and annual processes in a fast-paced environment.
