\nSpecialties: Robust Specialty Support
\nCoverage Model: 40 HR PHY, 48 HR PA
\nNumber of Beds: 26
\nAcuity: Level 2 Trauma Center
\nEMR: Meditech
Qualifications \nLicensure: Virginia Medical License, and DEA
\nBoard Certification: PA?C
\nExperience: 2+ yrs ER provider experience preferred; will consider New Graduates with ER Nursing background
\nBadges: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Facility & Clinical Details \nThe LewisGale Medical Center Emergency Department is a 506?bed regional referral hospital providing 24/7 emergency care to Southwest Virginia. The ED features 26 exam rooms, dedicated low?acuity treatment areas, and supports a Level II Trauma Center with advanced diagnostic capabilities. As part of a comprehensive medical campus, clinicians benefit from access to extensive specialty services, including cardiovascular care, oncology, surgery, and a Level II NICU. The facility is also connected to two freestanding ERs, expanding rapid?access emergency care across the region.
