What You'll Do

Lead Teams & Build Culture

\n

• Inspire, coach, and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams across multiple locations.
\n
• Create an environment of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with physicians, providers, and operational leaders.
\n
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while supporting succession planning and career development.
\n

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned physician practices.
\n
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and best practices throughout all locations.
\n
• Develop and implement policies and operational procedures that improve performance and patient outcomes.
\n
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to achieve organizational goals.
\n

Lead Growth Initiatives

\n

\n
• Identify opportunities to expand services, improve access, increase patient volume, and drive market growth.
\n
• Support physician recruitment efforts and development of new practice locations.
\n
• Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives that advance the success of the organization.
\n
• Help build and execute growth strategies that improve both patient and provider experiences.
\n

Own Financial Performance

• Develop and manage practice budgets.
\n
• Analyze financial results, physician productivity, and operational metrics.
\n
• Monitor performance against targets and implement action plans when needed.
\n
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to optimize financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
\n

Champion Patient & Provider Satisfaction

\n

\n
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience across all assigned practices.
\n
• Lead initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient engagement, and service excellence.
\n
• Resolve escalated patient concerns and drive continuous improvement efforts.
\n
• Support providers by removing operational barriers and enabling success.
\n

Support Innovation & Change

\n

• Partner on EMR implementations, practice conversions, and system-wide initiatives.
\n
• Lead teams through organizational growth and transformation.
\n
• Promote continuous improvement in quality, safety, workflow efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of physician practice administration experience.
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a healthcare environment.
\n
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and operations.
\n
• Strong understanding of ambulatory care operations and healthcare management.
\n
• Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
\n
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
\n
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare practice management software.
\n
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, organizational, and leadership skills.
\n

Salary Range: $93,225.60-$133,172.00

\n

Additional Compensation: Eligible for annual bonus based on individual and/or company performance.

\n
