We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team at Avir at Sealy. As a DON, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

About the Role:

As the Registered Nurse Director of Nursing (DON) at Avir at Sealy, you will be responsible for:

Providing strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
Identifying and addressing staffing needs and scheduling
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive better patient outcomes

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Manage and develop staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive better patient outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Texas
Minimum [Minimum Years of Experience] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
