What You'll Do As a Mechanic, you'll take ownership of maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, keeping operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Work on trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts, gantries, and heavy haul equipment
- Handle everything from routine oil changes to major repairs like engine replacements
- Maintain equipment records using tablets and shop systems
- Support a high-volume, fast-moving maintenance program with daily repair needs

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
- Willingness to work safely and handle a variety of repair tasks
- Experience with cranes, diesel, or heavy equipment maintenance
- CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
- Experience reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (flexible during the summer)
- 40-55 hours per week with overtime potential
- Occasional weekends
- No travel - shop-based role
