Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Dialysis Registered Nurse Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting nurse talent to provide individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Schedule Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:15 a.m.; Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Compensation Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience. Benefits Paid 12‑week training with a preceptor Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Life and long‑term disability insurance at no cost to the employee Paid time off (PTO) including holidays Extended Sick Bank (ESB) for doctor appointments, sickness, or medical leave Retirement plan with 0.50 match, up to 8% for eligible employees Education reimbursement Employee assistance program Wellness program Responsibilities Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and supplies, ensuring quality standards Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families Administer and chart all prescribed medications Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews Document required patient education efforts Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals Assist with medication inventory maintenance Lead a small patient care team Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed Other tasks as requested Qualifications Excellent communication skills Demonstrated clinical excellence Desire to collaborate with care teams Ability to problem‑solve Education & Training Accredited nursing degree required Dialysis experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training (classroom and one‑on‑one skills training) Equal Opportunity & Accommodations DCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization.
