The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced technical team, you'll provide product advice and technical support to contractors, installers and internal staff. Every day is different, with a mix of troubleshooting, service coordination and customer support. No previous office experience is required. If you're comfortable using computers, communicate well and have strong HVAC knowledge, we'll support you as you transition into the role.
