HUD Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to make a real impact in affordable housing? What You'll Do * Lead the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community. * Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance. * Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, and NOI. * Oversee leasing, maintenance, vendors, and onsite team performance. * Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations. * Build strong resident relationships and lead resident retention initiatives. What We're Looking For * Property management experience, preferably in affordable housing. * LIHTC experience preferred. * Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office. * Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. * Valid driver's license.
