Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

To build and own the lifecycle marketing function end to end, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will manage email and nurture programs for prospects and customers, establish governance standards, and develop strategies for customer retention and expansion. Key responsibilities Establish and manage a comprehensive lifecycle operating system, including email calendars and audience segmentation Develop and implement nurture programs for new users and existing customers, focusing on onboarding and retention Oversee the integration of marketing automation tools and ensure data quality for effective lifecycle management Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, nurture, email, or growth marketing in B2B, preferably in enterprise software Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and fluency in Salesforce Strong understanding of deliverability, consent, and list hygiene practices Experience using intent and account data to drive marketing programs Analytical skills to define and measure marketing metrics effectively
