Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

• Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and related logistics

• Process expense reports and travel reimbursements

• Order office supplies, meals, and other business-related items as needed

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting executives

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion

• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
