Role Description This role will build the operational foundation of the company, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution across departments. You will partner directly with the founder to translate vision into actionable systems, operational structure, and scalable processes. This is an opportunity to help architect and run a real estate machine — not just manage tasks.
