Location: Seattle, WA
Compensation: $46+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing cases from filing through resolution. This role requires strong litigation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage case workflows, deadlines, and documentation in a fully remote environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and case evidence
• Maintain accurate and organized case files in Filevine and internal systems
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Monitor and manage litigation deadlines, court filings, and discovery schedules
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including exhibits and witness coordination
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development
• Track case progress, key milestones, and settlement activity
• Collaborate with Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and attorneys to ensure efficient case flow

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and case lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple active cases independently in a remote setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
• Experience with Filevine, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and court filing systems
