Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and establish appropriate treatment strategies to help individuals regain mobility and functional independence.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic exercise programs based on patient assessments and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs to promote recovery outside the clinical setting.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress and obstacles to recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will provide specialized care tailored to a range of ages and backgrounds, promoting holistic recovery and rehabilitation strategies that address both physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a commitment to maintaining all continuing education requirements.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent patient assessment abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
