Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite, where the Physical Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapist assistants, and administrative staff. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patient population. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, enabling therapists to implement modern therapeutic techniques effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and compliant patient care aligned with the highest standards of practice set forth by your professional organization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions, develop effective rehabilitation strategies, and document progress towards achieving meaningful functional outcomes.
• Mentor and educate students or new professionals in the field, contributing to the development of future healthcare providers and enhancing teamwork within our practice.
• Participate in department improvement projects, performance assessments, and facility committees to elevate the standard of care within the organization.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with advances in physical therapy practice, coding, billing, and documentation compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will mainly work with a diverse population of patients seeking rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The focus is primarily on providing age-appropriate care, which may include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each demographic, the therapist will apply tailored intervention strategies to ensure optimal patient recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid and current California Physical Therapist License is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a sincere commitment to helping patients achieve their full potential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and facilitate effective teamwork.
• Thorough knowledge of human physiology and anatomy pertinent to physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
