Senior Corporate Associate (4-8 PQE)

A top-tier US law firm renowned for its sophisticated corporate practice is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join its New York office. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading complex, cross-border transactions and mentoring junior associates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex M&A, private equity, and strategic investment transactions across a wide range of industries.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Oversee and guide junior lawyers during all stages of the deal lifecycle.
• Provide strategic, commercial legal advice to high-profile domestic and international clients.
• Support partners in business development and client relationship initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 4-8 years of corporate law experience, ideally gained at a top US or international law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in private equity, M&A, and/or general corporate advisory.
• Strong academic credentials (JD or equivalent from a top law school).
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Proven leadership capabilities, client-facing experience, and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
