Executive Assistant - Palm Beach, FL

Location: Palm Beach, FL (4-5 days/week onsite) Job Summary Our client, a fast-paced and growing investment firm, is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment, and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Process expense reports and assist with administrative tasksServe as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information Support ad hoc projects and other executive priorities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
