Job Description:The OpportunityAI is changing how marketing organizations operate. We're building our Marketing Center of Excellence to help us define new ways of working, new operating rhythms, and the right combination of people, processes, technology, and governance. As our VP, Marketing Center of Excellence, you'll define how Uniphore marketing operates in the age of AI.This is a highly strategic leadership role and the operational backbone of the marketing organization. Working closely with the CMO and the Marketing Leadership Team, you'll help define and execute our vision for an AI-first marketing organization while ensuring marketing is aligned, data driven, and built to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Implementation & AdoptionPartner with the CMO to co-lead the transformation to an AI-first marketing organization.Identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases across every marketing function.Develop AI workflows, governance, and best practices.Establish guidance and lead AI skills enablement for AI tools, LLMs, agents, MCPs, and emerging technologies.Measure AI adoption, productivity, and business impact.Market Intelligence & InsightsDesign AI workflows, MCPs, and integrations that connect trusted internal and external data sources to deliver instant market, customer, competitive, and product intelligence.Partner with Finance to develop pipeline models, forecasting, and measurement frameworks.Lead the development of executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and Board materials that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.Marketing Operations & ExcellenceOperationalize the Marketing annual planning process and cadence.Partner with functional marketing leaders on budget planning, investment management, and resource allocation.Establish and continuously improve cross-functional workflows, operating standards, and execution excellence across the marketing organization.Marketing Technology & Knowledge ManagementDevelop the knowledge architecture and governance to ensure AI and employees have access to trusted market, customer, competitive, and product intelligence.Evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack to ensure teams have the right tools to innovate and scale.Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve marketing operations through AI and technology.Product Adoption & Thought LeadershipChampion the use of Uniphore's AI platform, particularly MAI, across the marketing organization.Serve as the spokesperson for the Marketing Center of Excellence, sharing how Uniphore is using AI to transform marketing with customers, partners, and the Industry.Experience & Qualifications15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B technology. AI company experience a plus.Experience driving AI adoption and integrating AI into business processes.Successful record leading marketing operations, AI transformation, or a marketing center of excellence.Proven success building scalable operating models and leading organizational change.Deep expertise in executive reporting, marketing analytics, planning, and operational excellence.Strong financial acumen with experience partnering on budgets, pipeline modeling, and forecasting.Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.Strong program management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.A builder's mindset with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.Hiring Pay Range:$249,600 - $312,000Benefits: In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.Location preference:USA - CA - Palo AltoUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
