Front of the House Manager

Responsabilidades Liderar y motivar al equipo de servicio para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional al cliente. Supervisar el funcionamiento diario del área de comedor, asegurando altos estándares operativos. Gestionar las reservas y acomodar a los clientes de manera eficiente. Manejar y resolver quejas de clientes de manera rápida y efectiva. Crear un ambiente positivo y acogedor tanto para clientes como para empleados. Coordinar y supervisar eventos y funciones especiales. Asegurar la limpieza y el mantenimiento del área de comedor. Colaborar con la dirección en la implementación de estrategias para mejorar el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. Supervisar al equipo de servicio, incluyendo meseros, anfitriones y bartenders, para asegurar un servicio rápido y consistente. Maximizar la satisfacción del cliente gestionando al menos 10 reseñas diarias y evitando quejas. Cualificaciones Título de Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Hospitalidad o áreas afines. Experiencia previa como Front House Manager o en roles de liderazgo similares, preferiblemente en la industria de alimentos. Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente y liderar un equipo. Enfoque proactivo en la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Excelentes habilidades en la atención al cliente y resolución de conflictos. Disponibilidad para trabajar de miércoles a domingo, de 12 PM a 10 PM. Experiencia previa en restaurantes es esencial.
