We are seeking an experienced and dependable Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of a skilled nursing facility. This is a confidential search for a leadership role within a supportive and stable organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all business office functions including accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Manage Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay billing and collections

• Ensure timely and accurate resident financial records and trust fund management

• Monitor census, payer sources, and revenue cycle performance

• Work closely with admissions, nursing, and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations

• Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, and follow-up on outstanding balances

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company financial policies

• Support audits, month-end close, and financial reporting processes

• Supervise and train business office staff as applicable
