Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Holds current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Bilingual therapists encouraged to apply, but monolingual candidates will be welcomed and valued
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and dedication to supporting students’ success
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct assessment and intervention for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
• Document sessions and maintain accurate progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• Adapt therapy techniques to fit student needs, including culturally and linguistically relevant approaches
