Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract role welcomes both SLPs holding the CCC credential and SLPAs who are passionate about fostering student growth. While experience with bilingual students is valued, all dedicated onsite therapists will be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC credential or SLPA licensure
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Enthusiasm for working onsite with diverse student populations
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to guide intervention planning
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and staff workshops
• Advocate for students’ communication needs, supporting their educational success
