You’ll master the art of logistics, collaborate with top-tier vendors, and deliver seamless experiences—from high-energy conferences to unforgettable incentive trips. Your Key Tasks Include: Coordinating event logistics, from venue selection to onsite management Owning the relationship with your key clients Managing budgets and keeping events cost-effective Supporting on-site operations to ensure events run like clockwork Gathering feedback and brainstorming ways to make the next event even better What You Bring to the Table: Passion for event planning and project management A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in event planning and project management Superb organization skills and attention to detail Stellar communication and a team-first mentality Tech-savvy with bonus points for event software experience Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the excitement happens Why GoGather? $50,000 – $70,000 OTE
