Corporate Marketing Coordinator

OVERVIEW We are currently seeking a Corporate Marketing Coordinator for our Central Water Division, in Irving, TX. The Corporate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for preparing statement of qualifications, proposals and client presentations including technical writing, layout design, formatting, coordination, proofreading, production and final delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead small to medium pursuits from the RFQ phase through RFP, interview and award. Coordinate with proposals, team members and partner firms to prepare qualifications including formatting, layout, technical writing and proofreading. Write and curate various marketing content including project sheets, case studies, resumes, white papers and editorial pieces. Review the project and employee data within the CED and make recommendations for deletions and additions. Manage electronic proposal files, including network database and SharePoint files, and ensure file closeout procedures are followed. Respond company‑wide to requests for pre\-quals, qualifications, etc. Assess time required to complete work and recommend placement of work into the work plan. Facilitate client presentation preparation, including slide deck development. Work with business development and operations management to determine what should be included in the slide decks. Research competitors, markets and sectors by identifying and evaluating characteristics, market share, etc. Read and analyze RFQ/RFP’s and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirements. Interface with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various types of documents. Ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling and timely. Design and update marketing collateral and ensure commitment to branding and marketing strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English or related degree or relevant experience. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry. Mandatory proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral). Good eye for visualization, layout and/or graphic design skills to facilitate appealing and effective communication. Strong writing and editing skills (including grammar and punctuation). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities. Ability to multi‑task, be proactive, work independently or in a team setting and establish priorities. Efficiently work under pressure in a dynamic deadline‑driven environment.
