Job Description

• Prepare, review, and organize corporate documents for legal matters.
• Maintain corporate records, files, and document trackers for easy access and accurate reference.
• Coordinate document signatures, filings, and follow-up items to keep matters moving forward.
• Support the preparation of entity formation, governance, and transaction-related documents.
• Conduct legal and corporate research to provide clear information for attorney review.
• Manage document versions and maintain complete records of changes and approvals.
• Communicate with internal contacts and outside parties to gather required information.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars for assigned corporate legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:

• Experience preparing and organizing corporate legal documents.
• Experience maintaining legal files, records, and document trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Experience conducting legal or corporate research.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and records.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
