Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a confident and personable Public Relations Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will support public relations and communication initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with clients, customers, partners, and the community. You will work closely with other team members to assist with communication strategies, brand representation, events, outreach initiatives, and day-to-day public relations activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, stays organized, and wants the opportunity to grow professionally within an expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Represent Beloform Craft professionally when interacting with clients, customers, partners, and the public.
• Assist with company events, promotional activities, presentations, and community outreach.
• Help maintain consistent and professional brand messaging.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication materials and assist with internal and external correspondence.
• Work alongside team members to develop creative communication strategies.
• Assist with organizing meetings, projects, schedules, and PR-related activities.
• Provide excellent customer and client communication.
• Monitor feedback and help identify opportunities to improve brand perception and customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and communication activities.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
