The Certified Caregiver supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that residents' daily needs are met compassionately, maintaining their dignity, and helping them live their lives to the fullest. In times of happiness and sadness, we are that caregiver." - Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans. Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement. Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change. Approach and care for residents with dementia effectively. Qualifications: Active CNA License in good standing. High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to undertake additional training or education as required by specific states. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
