Registered Nurse – Licensed Practical Nurse We are looking for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality direct nursing care to the residents at Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester, NH. The role involves working in a skilled nursing facility with day, evening, and night shift options. Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Employment Type Full‑time or part‑time. Starting rates $38–$46 per hour, negotiable based on license, shift, and experience. Work Hours Flexible schedules with guaranteed hours. Shifts include 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, 11 pm–7 am, as well as 12‑hour and 16‑hour shifts. Shift differentials: $5.00 hourly weekdays (Mon‑Fri) and $8.00 hourly weekends (Sat‑Sun). Experience Requirements New RN or LPN graduates are welcome; on‑the‑job training provided. Candidates should have a passion for caring for the elderly. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting in Keane. Participate in development and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program. Assist in planning nursing portions of residents' discharge plans.
