Unit Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to serve as a Unit Manager. Facilitates the resolution of issues and concerns associated with patient/resident care including family issues. Ensures assessments, documentation and care plans are completed accurately and in a timely fashion for all shifts. Supports the Infection Control Practitioner/Staff Development Coordinator in ensuring clinical team compliance. Participates with interdisciplinary team for quality improvement initiatives and sits on Quality Assurance Committee. Requirements Current LPN or RN license from state. Current/active CPR certification, required. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day. Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time. Limited openings, apply today!
