Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP for Finance Transformation to lead a multi-year global ERP and finance transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be the senior-most program leader, responsible for end-to-end program governance, executive stakeholder management, and the integrated delivery of all workstreams. This includes ERP implementation, service delivery model transformation, process standardization, data governance, and change management. The role demands a strategic leader who can maintain relationships with key partners, proactively identify and mitigate program risks, and ensure the program is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and operational requirements. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale transformation programs. The role requires a deep understanding of key process domains and the ability to balance transformation ambitions with operational realities. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent strategy development, managing large, matrixed teams, and a strong executive presence for C-suite communications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. Experience with global ERP implementations, particularly with Oracle Fusion or Workday Finance, and a background in complex, multi-entity operating environments, are also desirable.
