As we expand into our new flagship space, we are looking for a Spa Coordinator who is polished, reliable, organized, and excited to grow with a fast‑growing luxury brand. Strong culture fit with a team‑oriented mindset. Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and client communication. Social media and email marketing experience is a must. Responsibilities Greeting and checking clients in and out. Answering phone calls, texts, and emails professionally. Keeping the front desk and spa environment clean, tidy, and elevated at all times. Assisting with appointment scheduling and optimizing the daily schedule. Helping with social media content and engagement. Assisting with email marketing and client communication. Supporting overall spa operations and maintaining a seamless client experience. Position Details Part‑time with opportunity for growth into a larger role. Competitive compensation.
