We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. Butchering or meat-processing experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 5 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare pork and other meat products according to specifications
• Break down and portion meat using knives and other cutting equipment
• Maintain consistent cuts, weights, and product quality
• Inspect meat for quality and remove unwanted fat, bones, or other materials
• Operate and maintain butcher-shop equipment safely
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Properly package, label, and store finished products
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced meat-processing environment
• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Perform other duties as needed to support daily operation

The essential functions of this role include:
