Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Entre Computer Services, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP). As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our organization, focusing on promoting our IT solutions and services to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our managed IT services and solutions.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for our website, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, creating regular posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and outreach efforts, including managing follow-up strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help guide the direction of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Support in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our offerings and engage with potential clients.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools such as social media insights, and CRM platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or MSP industry (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and email marketing tools (e.g., GlassHive, Mailchimp, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or IT services sector.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Connectwise
• Graphic design skills for creating visual content for marketing campaigns.
