Quarry Lead/Assistant Plant Manager

We're seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to serve as the number two leader at a high-volume quarry operation, the largest site in our network. You’ll work alongside an experienced Plant Manager, providing operational and maintenance leadership across the site. This role connects field operations, maintenance supervision, and leadership development, and it is designed as a path to greater responsibility within the organization. What You’ll Do Serve as second-in-command at a large-scale quarry operation Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the site Supervise small teams of maintenance personnel Act as site leader during extended shifts and in the Plant Manager's absence Drive production efficiency, uptime, reliability, and overall operational performance Take an active role in major repairs and maintenance projects Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence across the site Work hands-on alongside crews when the job calls for it What We’re Looking For We care more about attitude and operational mindset than years of experience.
