We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to manage and direct production activities onsite in Mesquite, TX. Operating right at the heart of our manufacturing facility, you will own the line. You will lead, train, and motivate a talented team to hit daily goals while ensuring every piece of equipment leaves our facility in flawless condition. This role is a perfect match for a dynamic leader who wants to make a direct impact on operational success and drive continuous improvement.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a consistent schedule with a three-day weekend most of the year:

• Four 10-hour days: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Note: Some Fridays may be required as needed during our peak season.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Train Personnel: Direct team members in assembly, testing, and packaging. You will handle onboarding, training, and cross-training for maximum team flexibility.
• Drive Line Efficiency: Keep work moving smoothly according to instructions and parts lists. You will set and meet production goals while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: Resolve live assembly challenges on the fly and implement process improvement initiatives like Lean and 5S to boost efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Leadership Foundation: 3+ years of experience in production operations with prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Operational Expertise: A solid grasp of process improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.), sharp attention to detail, and a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively relate to and guide our diverse workforce.
