- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including 110V-480V systems
- Experience with PLC programming, frequency drives, servo motors, and machine controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and ladder logic
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
- Experience operating machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and cutoff saws
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Program, repair, and maintain PLCs and automation equipment
- Install and maintain facility and production machinery
- Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance records, SOPs, JSAs, and repair documentation
- Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with sourcing replacement components
- Support machine operators with advanced troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, safety, and maintenance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
