You'll: Manage and maintain the care department's employee schedules Coordinate coverage for open shifts, call-offs, PTO, and other scheduling changes Support the recruiting process , including applicant follow-up, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding Partner closely with community leadership to anticipate staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and scheduling-related information Build strong relationships with team members through consistent communication and follow-up Help identify staffing concerns early and develop solutions before they become larger coverage challenges Respond to urgent scheduling needs after 6 PM and on weekends when necessary You'll Be Great on This Team If You: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have previous staff scheduling experience — required Have experience using OnShift or a similar employee scheduling system Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Communicate well and aren't afraid to pick up the phone when coverage is needed Are proactive, dependable, and able to problem-solve quickly Enjoy recruiting, relationship-building, and helping others succeed Have healthcare or senior living experience — preferred Are comfortable participating in an after-hours on-call rotation/responsibility This is an on-site position at Arbor Terrace Amelia Island .
