Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Obstetrics to join our team at the Delano unit. This position is in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess maternal and fetal well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; NRP certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
