Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $15.00/hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline contact handling phone-based inquiries and outreach to resolve client matters efficiently
• Walk clients through their account details, explaining services and updates with clarity
• Utilize strong de-escalation techniques to handle sensitive or challenging client scenarios calmly and professionally
• Draft clear, professional emails to coordinate with internal departments and respond to external clients
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our workflows and services to provide accurate, reliable support
• Drive individual daily metrics independently while contributing positively to the overall team dynamic

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment
• Must have held a professional customer care or call center role within the last 2-3 years to ensure familiar, up-to-date industry skills
• Strong verbal articulation and professional written communication skills.
• Proven ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure
