Group 120 Inc. dba Jimmy John's is a fast‑paced, high‑energy workplace. We are looking for assistant managers to run weekend and night shifts. Responsibilities Make sandwiches quickly and accurately. Operate a meat slicer. Oversee and complete cleaning tasks per operating procedures. Oversee the training of staff. Compensation & Advancement We start Managers in Training at $14 per hour. After training, raises are based on performance and a monthly bonus is earned once you begin running shifts. Shift Structure Second Assistants: 3–5 closing shifts per week, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. First Assistants: 2 closing shifts and 3 opening shifts per week, 6:00 am–3:00 pm. All assistant managers may work up to 40 hours. Training Four‑week program: first two weeks of general knowledge, next two weeks of running shifts; duration may be extended to ensure competency. Corporate certification training is available via our franchise. Career Path General progression: Manager in Training → Second Assistant → First Assistant → General Manager.
