Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out, reporting directly into senior operations leadership and working closely with field teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and execution of commercial and public-sector construction projects
- Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships from award to completion
- Overseeing procurement, contract administration and change management
- Partnering closely with Superintendents to ensure site operations align with programme and quality expectations
- Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and repeat business
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, including government standards where applicable
- Supporting and mentoring junior Project Managers as the business continues to scale

The Successful Applicant For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 8-10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven background delivering projects for municipal, state or public-sector clients
- Federal construction experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and project profitability
- Confident leadership style with the ability to operate independently without micromanagement
- Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Experience working in a growing contractor environment where adaptability is key
